What to do if the app is offline
1.APP offline+NVR offline.
1) Please connect to the Internet.

2.APP offline+NVR online.
If the NVR network status is online, but the app still shows offline. This is caused by the instability of the network,please delete the device on the APP, then please try to put the NVR close to the router and wait for a while, and then add the device.
